DS IIA patient presented with PSC. An ERCP using the SpyScope™ DS II Catheter was performed, and targeted biopsies were taken to determine if the PSC had developed into cholangiocarcinoma.

A 38-year-old man presented with ulcerative colitis with new onset jaundice. MRCP showed mild subtle intrahepatic duct strictures and a dominant stricture in the distal CBD. Cholangiogram showed diffuse severe strictures involving both left and right intrahepatic ducts, common hepatic duct and CBD.
