A 49-year-old male was admitted to the hospital with jaundice, dark urine and epigastric abdominal pain that had been worsening over the previous three weeks. The results of a CT scan demonstrated a moderate dilation of the intrahepatic biliary ducts of the liver and a distended common bile duct to 14mm. An ERCP with cholangioscopy using the SpyGlass™ DS System was performed targeted biopsies were taken using SpyBite™ Biopsy Forceps.
