A 69-year-old woman was treated at another endoscopy unit for choledocholithiasis. The SpyGlass™ DS System was used in this case to provide targeted therapy of large choledocholithiasis. Cholangiogram under ERCP revealed a 2 cm round stone in a dilated bile duct.
