Managing a Difficult Cystic Duct Stone using Cholangioscopy with EHL, by George Webster, MD

A 58-year-old patient underwent 2 failed ERCP procedures in an attempt to remove an obstructing 8mm stone. The patient was then referred for an ERCP with cholangioscopy using the SpyGlass™ DS System. Cholangiopscopy confirmed the stone was located in the cystic duct, and Dr. Webster used EHL to fragment and clear the stone in a single-session.
